I arrived 745am to wait for the doctor in the morning, despite clinic only opened at 830am for registration. However, there is one shameless middle aged man jumped queue due to his mother is a staff here. The staff came at 815am and jumped queued. I question the middle aged man and he had no shame to said his mother took number for him and asked me to shut up. Hey, please respect all other patients who came earlier. Further your mother came at 815am half an hour after all other patients arrived here.

Came in around 12.30pm to pick up a number for afternoon consultation session. They take 40 patients for their afternoon session (morning session is 50 patients). Consultation starts 1pm. I took 2 weeks medicine and did acupuncture, total RM40 on medicine, no charges on acupuncture (no more on donation basis). Parking is plenty at Pudu Plaza, almost 3 hours of parking only costs me RM5.

Doctor Room No. 3: Very good and the treatment given is very satisfactory.

Although I am Malay, I really like coming here to get treatment because the doctors and staff are very friendly. Payment according to each person's ability and sincerity in the name of donation.

Not advisable to see doctor here. Dr Su lack of experiences and compare to Dr Lim is good knowledge experience. Brought my mom to see dr, until 1 month still not recovering yet and mention cannot choose doctor then I will report to Chinese Association Medical center to lodge official complaint against CMAD then. U are going to kill my mom life and yet not recovering for the whole months! I will take action against DR SU’

接电话处先生态度奇差。
首先我必须声明站在病人的角度面对到那位接电话的先生责备，是非常可恥的。这位没有容忍心的先生问我有没有来过，一直要blacklist我。
从前我经过施诊所虽然没有看病也有捐款，但这次的经历让我实在感觉一个病人都会面对那么恶劣的态度，我不敢想像会遇到这样的事。绝对不会再回来捐款

Chinese doctor was nice, they always explain to patient nicely and worries about their health status, and will remind patient what kind of food can't eat.

Unfortunately, for the staff who work at reception, got two person treat patient in unfriendly behavior and attitude.

Really bad impression for patient or others ppl who first time come for a treatment.

what i can said not only you guys tired, the doctor more tired then you just because they need to see a lot of patient and ppl, doctor need to do pulse diagnosis for every patient to make sure what they give the medicine is match for patient and won't harm their body.

if someone first time go for a treatment, pls get ready for your tenacity and strong mentality before facing their receptionist.

-Has 2 clinic sessions i.e. morning & after lunch 1pm. Sometimes, you'll missed the morning session if you drop by after 11am because the staff already finished distributing the waiting tickets by then. That means you'll have to wait for the noon session.

-Interns are attached with the experienced senior doctor but sometimes you'll bump into some interns whose attitude is very opinionated and thoughtless. I encountered a male Chinese intern (by the name of Lim) with this kind of attitude who wear spec & sport pony tail.

星期五带眼镜绑马尾的男医生，问病的态度不好，也不会把脉量血压，没讲完就马上帮你针灸。
建议找另外一位长辈的女医师5号，很有耐心听你讲解病史给你建议忌口什么食物。
