We are very thankful that PMG Pharmacy is opened in Sandakan. We have been there several times. We are members of PMG. The only thing that we are quite sad is the service. Many a times, the friendly pharmacist is the one that is handling the cashier counter. Despite the fact that there are several other staffs around, they are not bothered by the presence of customers. The staffs know that there are customers around but when we want to pay, they are grouped at a corner doing their own things until we call. The very friendly and efficient pharmacist is the only one that came to our aid. No one else did. We sincerely hope that the staffs will be more attentive. We were there last night and this happened. Quite sad. We hope that PMG will do well.

What a lucky find!!!
An absolutely fabulous pharmacy with unparalleled assistance from a well trained, customer oriented staff who all speak impeccable English.
They were very cordial, warm, friendly, and still highly professional.
This store has everything you could ever need in such a small footprint, and there's a pharmacist on duty.
Open until 9 pm and VERY REASONABLE prices.
This is my "go-to" pharmacy!
If you have pharmaceutical needs, this is the place to go, you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was!
