I don’t normally write reviews on anything, but being a doctor myself n a future specialist , I feel disgusted about this clinic… I was actually travelling a long distance n stopped at the nearby watson to buy certain things .. n I had a nature call and was in an urgency to use the washroom….. the only nearest place I saw was this so called clinic and I walked in n acknowledged the pls woman at the counter n told her I need to urgently use the washroom…can I use it? She rudely reply “NO, only for our use and our patients!!!
Like seriously!!! A person who needed to go to the washroom urgently, u will speak so rudely!!!!!!
I didn’t tell her I’m a specialist but I just walked away from there..
if a doctor can hire such a person to be ur staff, I can imagine what kinda human beings are u all….dont call urself a medical staff for god sake!!!!
Disgrace to the medical fraternity!!!!
When I look back at the comment n reviews, I know what kinda clinic is this…
Whoever the doctor in charge….pm me!
I have told multiple ppl bad reviews about ur clinic coz i still can’t digest of how bad n selfish u guys can be….
Then how would u treat ur patients ? Only for money sake?

The lady in the front counter might come across as a bit rude, but my rating is towards the doctor.

I needed a immunization verification from a doctor in order to enroll into an institution in the states. He gladly obliged and even made sure I had the extra vaccines taken that was included in the list of vaccinations. The procedure was speedy and he was very empathetic as well.

It was a good visit, thank you doctor.

Went because I had a cold and thought I needed to see a doctor. I was prescribed antibiotics + herbal cough mixture. Maybe I should have just trusted my neighbourhood pharmacist. You decide if you want to pay the doctor Consultation Fee RM50 + Public Holiday Charges RM10.

Few days later upon completing my antibiotics, my throat hurt less but my voice has yet to recover.

Very good doctor and accomodating; The lady/ladies at reception very nice n not rude at all as per some comments; Sometimes I think people/patients/customers shud not be rude/demanding themselves if they do not wan to be treated rudely;

Idk why other comments habe a problem with the receptionist as when i was there she was nice and polite to me and everyone else. The doctor was also nice, efficient and effective with his diagnosis 🙂

Fake reviews and terrible service. Sat in the "waiting room" unairconditioned or even a fan, then went to the window, where a woman refused to look up at me. I finally drew her attention, and she directed me to sit. I left instead. Dirty and shabby, no airflow, and rude staff. Go to the O2 clinic two blocks away, immediate service, and airconed, and wasn't treated like I didn't exist. Terrible clinic Poliklinik Tang.

Delivered exactly as wanted. Medical insurance assessment was smooth, well mannered and swift. Polite on the phone, polite at the counter and engaged during assessment. Good for me.
