Came to buy some medicine but out of stock. Nurul and her colleague helped me reserved it. Came back 2 days later and she was out. Another lady helped me inform her. Finally got my medicine. Good team work and customer minded staff. Thanks.

Service is too slow. Only one pharmacist was on duty and I had to wait for him to finish serving the customer in front of me which took 20 minutes. I only wanted to buy one bottle of Avamys and I took the item within 10 seconds and went to your second counter to pay instead. Outlet: Tropicana Gardens Mall

Best service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, although they are often very busy. If you are a regular, they make it a point to remember your name. They are so much better than Guardian, which is the reason why Guardian bungkos.

Walked into Ascen Plus at Tropicana Garden Mall. Approached by pharmacist, Mala. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. I got all I need to know from her. Best experience so far. Keep up the good work

We had an extremely bad experience.
Went to get medicine for fever and flu, but one of the intern apparently mixed it up with a type of painkiller which causes gastric.
My friend who had weak stomach took it and almost admitted to hospital. When showed to Doctor, he was susprised that painkiller was sold to us to treat fever and flu.
