A church member who had heard of my acute physical pain recommended me to see Dr. Gopalakannan Jayaraman, Head Physiotherapist at DBC, Kuching, to help alleviate my situation.

Initially, I was reluctant and it took me weeks before I dared to step into DBC.

On my first visit, he, who is not only a Doctor by profession but also a renowned Certified Master of Physiotherapy promptly attended to me and with his vast experience and expertise, soon gave an accurate assessment and diagnosed my condition, for free!

He then suggested that I sign-in for a 15 PT sessions, on a one-on-one basis with him as my personal trainer.

He greeted me warmly on my second visit and gently led me to a huge and spacious hall where numerous High-Tech Physiotherapy Equipment were placed. The atmosphere here was cool and pleasant.

He then kindly showed me to an exercise bicycle for a warm-up before he diligently brought me to the various PT exercise machines where he exquisitely performed his superb techniques in handling them for me.

I was profoundly impressed by his astounding capabilities, knowledge and wisdom in his PT field.

I thank God for placing me with him who is a kind, humble, patient and friendly PT with such an exceptional and remarkable personality, where after a few intensive PT treatment, most of my physical pains were lessen.

Thanks for all your dynamic hard work done for me at DBC, which will fondly be remembered. You are both my mentor and powerful motivator, too!

In conclusion, no words can express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr.Gopal for his invaluable care, concern, simply brilliant efforts and unique guidance rendered to me which greatly eased and reduced most of my nerve, hips, knees and tendons pain thus making all my sessions at DBC smooth and memorable!

Many thanks to Encik Ahmad and Ms. Wendy Khoo who had carefully propelled me like a procelain piece on a wheelchair, on the ramp, leading me up and down ,appointments as well,DBC.

And I strongly recommend anyone who needs to be treated for any pain to see Dr. Gopal at DBC, who will definitely do his utmost best for you.

Bravo, thank you and very much appreciated for your good job, well done. For you are the Best Physiotherapist, I had ever known, Hallelujah!

I had been having knee n hip problems for the longest time till my friend recommended that I see a physiotherapist at DBC during the covid lockdown . . So I signed up a package with DBC under Dr Gopal. His expertise and professional treatment have helped fix my problem which I thought would never be cured! Recently I suffered nerve compression after some tedious walking during my overseas travel n immediately I went to see Dr Gopal again and within a week, my problem was fixed again! Really grateful and highly recommend his expertise and DBC. Thank you!

A friend recommended DBC to me so I came and signed up for physiotherapy for my right hip which has been given me discomfort, knees joints pain especially when I kneel down and right shoulder slanted due to work related. Mr Gopal the head of the team at DBC is very professional and knows his job very well. He has been guiding me through the physiotherapy and exercises to strengthen my legs and arms. I sent my 81 years old mum to DBC for physiotherapy due to weak knees; Doctor Gopal has been very kind, helpful and patience.

My mum had a good progress after 5 visit, I can see her improvement when she walk, and she has been telling her friend about that place as well as an alternate solution other than surgery.

Value for money as well.

One more thing to add on : they got lift, so my mum with weak knee doesn’t need to climb staircase.

Had a biopolar hemiarthoplasty hip surgery. Superb and personal service with high level of professionalism from Gopalakannan Jayaraman. Takes great care in reviewing and treating my condition. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly team as well. The physiotherapies are great and I enjoyed each of the sessions. In conclusions, it was a superb experience, DBC delivers with excellent service and excellent results. Highly recommendable though a bit pricey

I am very enjoyed & satisfied with my lower back muscle strengthening improvement (today carried out the scanning test) after my 15 sessions of physiology treatment and allowed me to continue playing 18 holes of golf (walking with trolley) .
The centre are well equipped and all staff are very friendly and helpful. I also take this opportunity to thank Dr.Gopa on his professional services.
One good thing I noticed during the "RMCO",the center was strictly follow the SOP to ensure all the patients are SAFE.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Has fully equipped machines to reduce body aches/pain and strengthen muscles. Able to walk more straight. Good stretching exercises learnt at the center and to be practiced at home. Good environment. Special thanks to the Head Physiotherapist Mr Gopal for his weekly physio sessions reminder, patient and solution to any new aching problem. Also big thanks to all the staff.
