24/03/2022. Bought this item not knowing the expiry date was on may 2022. Went back for a replacement but staff cannot make a decision . My contact is given but to no avail. I strongly think they are trying super hard to waste my time and forget about the problem. For less than rm40, i wont go back the third time for replacement. Just be careful guys, this pharmacy is not up to normal
standard.

Took back a wrongly bought product less than 30mins after buying, but unable to exchange, refund or even change to points/store credit.
Reason given: already keyed in computer.
Please upgrade ur pos system and your operation.

A regretful experience for the service,with very unwelcoming attitude toward elderly who does not process necessary knowledge to operate a medical monitoring device. With an untrained staff ignorantly provided wrong information and unavoidably shown inadequate knowledge on the details and properties of the devices that to be sale. While customers requested to refer to the superior for further consulting on the device which cost considerably on the elder's limited retire fund, however, only direct confrontation was received with impatience behaviour and rude handling on the device during the demonstration that was ask, in order to teach elder how and what to do.
Sincerely hope this pharmacy still knowing that they process a principle to serve underprivileged and elder community instead of prioritising merchants sale.

Didn't recommend essential supplement as customer requested with doctor written advises have been presented to pharmacist. Instead, seems prioritising more on selling specific supplements of profitable brand.
Slightly impatient while seeking for consultation on details of the product being promoted, I hope the staff can analyse and explain more about suitability of products being sell to customers who doesn't have the professional knowledge as a pharmacy industry player do.
Customers, do inquire more and understand about your body condition before relying on pharmacist

When ever I visit Smile Pharmacy I always experience friendly and helpful staff who are very happy to offer their expert opinion when asked.
