Highly Recommended – Excellent Service & Caring Staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Metro Clinic Kota Kemuning. I went there for treatment after an accident, and from the moment I arrived, the staff took such good care of me. Even though I don’t know all their names, I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

Special thanks to Dr. Danesh for being so clear, calm, and caring, and to Radiographer NorMala who was very gentle and friendly during the procedure.

The clinic is well-managed, clean, and efficient. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel safe and cared for. Highly recommended

The service is quite fast. Dr.Danesh is so friendly and the explanation quite good plus he is a soft spoken doctor. It just that the receptionist at registration counter is not that friendly. Eventhough she was wearing mask but we can still see her reaction through her eyes and her voice is quote cold.

I and my family have wonderful experience having treatment and consultation with Dr Danesh. He is a very patient doctor who listen to your problems and give good treatment and advice.

The dressing team under Nizam has been really good in providing after hospital discharge dressing of wounds. The team also provide house call.

Today, 6/7/2025 called to clinic requesting to produce visit & treatment record during year of year 2020 for socso claim purpose. Spoken with Ms Hemma whom very helpful & knowledgable staff. Thanks for being so helpful and ready to assist although its on rest day (sunday)!

i’m very happy to recommend Klinik Metro. From the moment i entered the clinic i felt very welcomed and comfortable. The staff Hema were very friendly caring helpful and efficient, DR Danesh were very patient and understanding.The clinic was clean and well maintained and the waiting area was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate medical care.
