Slow servis, di kaunter tiada orang. Terpingga-pingga tak tahu nak buat registration sebab tiada box untuk drop ic for registeration. Doktor macam rasis, bangsa C consultation lama, yang lain tengok macam touch and go. Ambil ubat sangat lama. Tiada kemudahan kerusi roda. Tiada sistem numbering, tunggu saja bila dipanggil. Fasilitis suram Dan nampak macam Klinik lama kat pekan je. Hurmmm kecewa

The Dr (Dr Mandy) is very attentive takes time to listen to the patient..you even can share whats going on with your daily lives with the Dr..Dr is sporting😅..Most of their staffs are youngsters so give them chance to blend in with the working environment but they are still good and working within acceptable pace.

Thank you so much Dr Mandy! She took really really good care of all her patients. My brother been recommending this clinic, at first I was skeptical because of the low and bad review. But I decided to trust him anyway because my sister's asthma wasn't getting any better from a different clinic. Once I was there the doctor was so attentive. She went here and there in her clinic to see her patients. The staffs are so nice too. And thankfully, my sister is getting a lot better now. Finally... she can sleep well, cough less and breathe 😭 thank you so much Dr Mandy and her kind and hardworking staffs for taking good care of us.

BUT I agree the medicine waiting time can drag too long. You just have to be patient because they really were busy.

My complain:
Oe time, I told my sister to wait in the car while I wait for her meds because there were too many patients. I waited a whole freaking hour 😭 turns out they didn't call my sister's name because they didn't see her in the clinic and they forgot my face as her escort. Gurl!! No need to look at faces. Just call the patients names by the medicines tray order. If no one came to the counter, then call for the next person and repeat the names after. It's okay. There's no harm. What if someone else waited for the meds? They'll be waiting for eternity just because you don't know who they are.

Anyway, despite my complain, still a good clinic. 💯 recommended if you're willing to wait. And it was fun to watch Mr. Bean on TV

Service mcm goverment pnya hospital.Very slow service medication.tiada perbezaan pergi klinik sni atau pn pergi klinik goverment.pergi klinik swasta ,ingt service laju,rpnya sma ja.the problem is their own staff lol. VERY NOT RECOMMENDED

Slow service for medicine. Please improve your quality, I had to wait for medicine for almost 30 minutes and at that time there were only 2 patients. What's worse at the counter they like to story each other and don't show friendly attitude!!! Please hire experienced staff.

Servis kaunter yang sangat teruk. Sy register 10.30 pagi, doktor cek jam 11.. Doktor cek cepat, tapi servis kaunter nak ambil ubat sangat sangat lambat dan saya menunggu 1 jam setengah untuk ambil ubat (12.30 tghri). Itu pun saya hanya minta kirakan bill ubat sahaja dulu dan ambil ubat kemudian (petang jam 2) . Ramai staff tapi servis tersangat lambat, harap lepas ni boleh pertingkatkan perkhidmatan kepada pelanggan.
