Came to this pharmacy to ask for medication for my baby. I was asking the malay staff politely whether the medication that i am seeking for is safe for my baby. Dari jauh reply “ohh ni tak boleh ni bawah 2 tahun. kene wipe dengan air garam je lah”. I understood and since i have a 9 yo so who is having the same problem, i wanted to buy the medication for him. berlengggang kangkung dengan baru lepas makannya , xbasuh tangan lepas makan “dia nak jugak ke?”

The owner was a good man. Silap besar hire the malay lady. Tak pasti sama ada dia pharmacist or just an assistant. Kindly train her better. Dah macam perangai kerja government dah. Apa punya perangai. Ajar dia manner sikit.

Visited the pharmacy this evening and was very disappointed. I asked the shop assistant to call the pharmacist since I had a very bad allergic reaction on my lips. The assistant called the pharmacist on duty but the pharmacist refused to come out and advised the shop assistant to recommend me to use lip balm instead. Since it’s the MCO period, it’s difficult for me to go to places, so I thought this pharmacy would be convenient for me. But from what I experienced, I am never going back to the pharmacy again. What’s the purpose of a pharmacy nearby if the pharmacist is not helpful?
