A decent 3-star hotel at a small town (the star is according to Google, but in the city, I think 3-star is pushing it). They use Coway for drinking water, provide clean towels (no toilet amenities but not an issue), supposedly they have wifi, but I wasn’t able to connect (not an issue since I can use my hotspot). Iron and iron board was provided in my room, they told me this is not available for all rooms - but you can always ask. They also provide 2 sachets of coffee which you can then take the hot water from Coway. However, the room I selected was in the corner, with sea view. The room is okay overall, but since I am a light sleeper the noise from the street actually bothered me a little bit. And also because my room is located at the corner near the exit, and maybe cleaning staff use the door quite often, I can hear the footsteps etc. But other than that, I do not have much complain for what I paid for.There’s also massage services if you want to kill some time, but I decided not to go in the end, so cannot comment for the service.Very friendly staff at the reception, especially the morning shift staff, Mary. Keep up the good job.

The picture speaks for itself. The pictures on the hotel website are not the same as the actual ones. The water pressure for the shower is low and not hot enough. The chair is old, the TV is in poor condition, and the smell is really bad. The only good things about this hotel are the location, parking, WiFi connection on my floor (2nd floor), and the cold AC

1 - Lantai bilik nampak berkilat tapi bila pijak melekit kotor, dan lekat bau busuk di kaki, housekeeping just sapu dan tidak mop lantai tu.

2- Shower Hot water tidak berfungsi dan air terlampau slow, susah untuk mandi.

3- Suasana luar dan keadaan kaunter kotor, sampah merata.

4- Staff perempuan bertudung boleh tahan sombong, lansung tidak membantu, siap dengan mimik muka berlagak, jauh berbeza dengan seorang manager berbangsa cina yang peramah dan membantu.

5- Bilik hotel baru lepas cat dan bau cat tu sangat kuat dan ada bahagian cat yang belum kering, melekat pada beg dan pakaian bila bersentuh.

6- Kawasan parking yang tidak selamat kerana kedudukan hotel ini betul2 di tepi laut, banyak budak2 Pala’un yang berkeliaran meminta duit jika tidak dilayan habis dicalarkan kereta.

Keadaan bilik cosy. Lantai ada berhabuk sikit biasalah, beranda kotor bertahi burung dan tandas bersih cuma sebab tandas lama, ada lumut di beberapa bahagian dan nampak kurang dijaga. Tapi ada sedia selipar juga untuk guna dalam tandas so its still tolerateable.

Untuk air, ada mesin coway disediakan di luar bilik so kena ambil sendiri guna jug yang disediakan.

Location ok, banyak kedai makan disekeliling area hotel, banyak kedai runcit juga, strategic location and the parking availability pun quite plenty cuma ada suram dan sunyi sikit time malam suda. Untuk outsiders, please becareful sikit time malam kalau jalan-jalan area sini pukul 8pm ke atas. Ada penempatan pendatang asing di perahu dekat bahagian belakang area ni kalau tidak silap.

Cuma hotel ni tiada lif, bilik-bilik pula di area tingkat 3. So quite inconvinient sikit untuk yang bawa bagasi saiz besar.

For the price, you pay what you get so I think its still tolerable lah. Setakat untuk tidur rehatkan diri kejap dan mandi lepas tu sambung perjalanan lagi esok hari.
