Excellent service, walaupun ada branch dah buka dekat kuala terengganu, tp masih setia dengan dr ko kuantan sebab Easther. Plg best facial dgn dia, mmg recommended!. Sanggup drive for hours just for facial treatment.

My impression of Dr Ko Skin Specialist in Kuantan is horrible. One treatment (yellow-light laser) was cancelled due to machine failure, and another (pico laser) was not available because of a technician issue. These two points clearly show a lack of professionalism and I m truly disappointed.

Had facial extraction at this clinic. Overall the facial is great and the beautician extracted all my closed comedones. -2 star because tried to hard sell treatments and keep asking what product im using (which obv not dr ko products). And made assumptions that im using mercury products cuz i have bad acne. Well that just sucks bad to be told like that. I have bad acne cause of my unstable hormones & i hv a diagnosed medical condition (which i hv explained). Ive spent so much money going to dermatologist but end up just to be told im using mercury products on my skin thats why bcus of my acne is bad ? Oof
