We are very disappointed with the service we received. We were informed that the medical report would be ready within 3 days, but even after more than a week, we have yet to receive it. For a service that is quite expensive, the delay is very frustrating.

When we politely asked the staff about the delay, we were met with rude and dismissive behaviour, which was very unprofessional and upsetting. We also requested a soft copy of the report, but were told it depends on the doctor’s approval, with no clear process explained to us.

We paid for the report, so we believe we are entitled to receive it without unnecessary delays or difficulty. We were also promised a follow-up call, but no one has contacted us until now.

We truly hope the management will look into this matter and improve the service and communication provided to patients in the future. Thank you.

The female doctor was very unfriendly and looked impatient. She kept typing prices on the computer the whole time. The injection was very painful. This is the first time I have seen such an unethical doctor. The medicine she prescribed had no effect at all. I had diarrhea for a week and it was even more painful. I went to another clinic and took medicine for two days and it was fine. I will not come again. It's terrible.

Since you are in the Prudential panel, why the nurse still want to wait for the boss reply when we went there for medical check up required by Prudential? Waited for 30 mins but no one update me what is the “waiting” status. Nurse replied is “waiting for boss reply”. Is that means “boss” didn’t reply, I got to keep on waiting? Where is the SOP? To all Insurance company, please select a professional clinic rather than wasting our time waiting and expose to the environment that might be full of bacteria/viruses. Don’t even worth for a star.

The most stupidest clinic ever that i have seen. The clinic is open but no doctor at all. I came in at 2pm plus the nurse told 3.30pm only doctor will come in so i came bck at 3.30pm the nurse told 5pm only doctor will be in. What is the damn purpose of having the clinic open without a doctor there. Better to close. People coming to the nearest clinic to get treated at the time not to wait for hours for the doctor to arrive. We are paying for the treatment you all providing. Better to close rather than opening clinic without doctor. Lame service ever.

Doktor dan kakitangan klinik sangat profesional dan mesra. Mereka mengambil masa untuk mendengar keluhan saya dan memberikan nasihat yang sangat berguna. Proses rawatan berjalan lancar, dan saya merasakan perbezaan yang positif selepas rawatan. Klinik Zabrina 24 Jam benar-benar mengutamakan kesejahteraan pesakit mereka.
