This pharmacy located in Bangsar Village mall is well stocked with all of your medical needs including a dispensary with a pharmacist. Soaps, shampoos, skin care, make up, OTC (over the counter) medications and all other pharmaceutical needs are available here.
STAFF: The pharmacist Mr Low was very helpful, he even recommended the best medication for sore throat with irritating phlegm. The cashier was neutral, she just gave my items without mentioning there's no bag available. And she was just looking at me after paying, as I had plenty of items to carry.
PRICING: Mostly reasonable.

Horrible experience… I came wanting to enquire for hair medication n the staff mentioned the pharmacist has gone for dinner… they told to return after 15/20 mins… when we came they said she went to the washroom… we agreed n waited for another 15 mins n she never returned… I asked the staff where is the washroom n went to check on her as time was running out and as we know caring pharmacy is the only medical pharmacy at Bangsar village…n she was not there at all… very unprofessional pharmacist as we were waiting soo long just to get the prescription attended too…I have been to many other outlets n the pharmacist is either on duty or on leave…rather she quit if this is how she carries herself !!!

The pharmacist openly does medical consultation n advises on medication for chronic medical illnes like Hypertension etc. Pharmacist are not clinicians, they only deal with medication n dispense medication upon doctor's advice only. They cant diagnose an illness n prescribe medication for chronic medical illness n other conditions that requires a doctor's assessment.. Its very dangerous what this lady pharmacist is doing. She gets away with such practices becoz no checks are being done on them unlike in other countries.
