I would recommend considering other opportunities if you're selected for this company. My experience with the management was highly unsatisfactory, particularly regarding their handling of employee benefits. I encountered significant issues, including a situation where they mistakenly credited the wrong salary and requested the repayment after I had already met my financial commitments. While I understand it's the company's money, it's frustrating that they didn't thoroughly check before disbursing salaries, causing staff to dip into their savings to rectify the error. Even after multiple attempts to liaise with them, my emails went unanswered, and despite resolving the issue months ago, they continued to request repayment. On a positive note, the colleagues were great, but the management needs significant improvement.

If you are selected for a job interview, please move to any other company. Ive had a bad experience with the training process and overall experience

1. Tons of workload that is not match with the salary (Big company but pay peanuts)
2. No Paid MC (if MC they cut your allowance)
3. Kipas culture
4. You will meet Team leaders who is mentally unstable
5. Too many restrictions like asian parents

If you are choosen to be part of their workplace, then please never ever go there .. I work with one of their project .. basically they have only two project undergoing their company and it's the worst working experience ever.. their salary is as cute as their little company with loaded of work.. this people are never gonna pay you good enough with their loaded job .. moreover they will always keep you in contract to hold the benefits.. whenever you ask about you confirmation about permanent making staff,
they start pin point for the little things such as your one day mc or EL even you have given valid reason.. after I resign they never pay my last salary and the HR blocked my number .. she can't answer my questions indeed

Who wants to jump from different company job to this shopee singapore project better don't Such a bad company to work with, anyone who wants jump from another company to this company job better don't because if you take 2 days government hospital medical leave also this company will terminate your employment and the reason they give as as per their clause can't take 2 days medical leave, so if you're dying due to any illness you must go work if not be worried of getting terminated, but we still can put up a case on them on labour office for terminating if got valid medical proof.
Some people I see who took mc for more then 2 days still working, think they are good in planta those bosses as$.
CSAT TOP PERFORMER agent in the first week since enter live but got terminated because took government MC 2 due to severe illness . Other agents who have more then 5-10 zero tolerance policy(ZTP) Warnings still working and they must be masters of planta 😂

Honestly it's a great working environment. Good colleagues and manager. But the management is very bad. When you point out their fault, you will be given a show cause letter. Never apologise. Wfm is so unprofessional. Changes your offday and restday as they please without even have the curtesy to inform you. Annual leave entitlement are now being restricted.

They really need to work out on their management issue as they are loosing a lot of agents either short & long term seniors due to that reason. The work scope is fine & actually is super easy and fun to do, but most just cannot cope due to management. Aside from that, everything ok i guess.

Avoid at all cost. Salary payment always late. Medical claim only RM50 per month. If you MC or Emergency leave also KENA potong gaji!

to the pic of the hiring manager/staff, please educate the guy. was told by the pic that my english was just on average level while he, himself was speaking broken english. it is for sg market for god sake and i already had experience handling sg starhub customer as a tech support before. i was told that i'm not qualified for the shopee project as my english was not on par as required. seriously?
