Purchase another supplements in here again. Overall, the prices are consider reasonable. Yes, sometimes the queue takes time but it is City Square. Crowded with lot of people, we have to patient take our turn to purchase items.
Thanks a lot to Ms. Melissa Ong for her patient explanation for my need. Her professional opinions & yea… sweet nice smile.
Awesome to purchase again in here. Hope to purchase from her again in future.

I was served by a Chinese lady with glasses who had a very rude attitude. I asked her to check the price of an item as I couldn’t find a price tag on the shelf and asked her to explain the differences between three items. She handled the items with a bad attitude, almost slamming them on the counter after each check. When she explained the differences to us, it seemed like she was extremely unwilling to help, with a very poor attitude. We asked in Chinese, but she insisted on replying in English. What if a customer doesn’t know English? She could have asked someone who speaks Chinese to assist us!

Big Pharmacy JB City Square, please take steps to improve your staff’s attitude! This isn’t the first time customers have complained about this issue.

The older staff are more friendly and mature. Suggest the company to employ older staff to improve your customer services. There are a few younger staff being unhelpful and impatience to handle customers. If you are not improving your attitude, suggest you quit and stay at home . Sales is the name of the trade. There is no reason why customers patronising your store should be belittled or frustrated by your bad mood or ego.

30th Nov 2024 at 1230pm. Horrible service by Ms Ng. We bought some medicine and enquire about a cough medicine. She simply told us that it was located at a location shown by her index finger. We looked high and low but was not found. Agin 2nd time we asked and she told us the same. At that time her counter had no customer as she was simply doing her other work. I looked for a pharmist by myself and manged to find one. Still the pharmacist was not able to find. Lastly, i managed to get it as it was hidden by other medicine. Please get rid of Ms Ng as it seems that she treat Singaporeans better. By the way, I am a Singaporean.

Both 2 female staffs at the back counter today not friendly at all. Customer in front of you looking for something and both were not interested to serve extra and not even any customer. I wonder why I join in as a member for this place last time

The store at Citysq is kind of messy and crowdy. The one outside along the street is better and spacious. There are a couple of Malay young female staff neither helpful nor friendly at all. The one at front counter on 23 Nov, asked to repeat the sum to pay as she was soft, she raised her voice in a reluctant manner. Asked for product info, she didn't even want to reply but only finger pointing. Staff calling customers "Uncle" "Aunty", which is not pro, they should use "Sir" or "Madam" instead. These staff obviously not well trained to represent the image of the co. If not improving, suggest BigP to replace them!! BigP, you are facing your service dilemma! Soon people will just go opposite store named CARING❤!.

Recently, I went to the City Square pharmacy branch, the sales assistant in black uniform was very helpful in suggesting the right product supplement selection with a clear description, it helped me a lot in making a choice. Good customer service, I give 5 stars
