Enquired via WhatsApp and received prompt response. Very convenient and time saving as could order and make payment via QR so can pick up the meds. Pharmacist Kai Sen is pleasant, polite and helpful. Price wise also very competitive and reasonable. Appreciate the service given 👍🏻

We are regular buying our livolin for few years with AA pharmacy as they have 1 of best services from the pharmcist manager Kai Sen! She provide top services for us as always. Since we are in Singapore we will usually reaserve x boxes via whatsapp and will go in to purchase. But 1 recent incident happened with 1 of their new pharmacist who text me to make advance payment 1st via whatsapp. We find it weird as we were never asked to make any adv payment before. So we decided to just go in and purchase and happened to check this request with pharmacist manager Kai Sen. She mentioned there is no such request to pay in advance before. We showed her the whatsapp text we received from the new pharmacist and when she checked their work phone they used to contact me, the message was already deleted on their business phone.

Im glad we didnt made any adv payment, if not we could have been scammed. But thank you Kai Sen for investigating this and decided to help bring the extra boxes of livolin out to Singapore for us. Kudos to KaiSen for her great service as always!

A great experience during my recent visit to this pharmacy. I was impressed and delighted by the service provided by the staff, especially the pharmacist Ms Kai Sen. Hee professionalism and knowledge help me understand my father diabetes condition and how to monitor it. She patiently addressed all my questions and provide a regular follow up basis to my dad. Thank you to her sharing and assistance, my dad sugar level is getting better !

Bad pharmacy! Charge me higher for a medicine and i wanna change medicine they don’t allow… my box is new and in good condition and still don’t let me change other medicine
