A reasonably priced pharmacy in the Setia Tropika environment.

There are a couple of other pharmacies in Setia Tropika but most charge much higher.

Service at The Family Pharmacy is generally good. Pretty good SOP by the owner to attend to customers as quickly as possible.

Staff pretty diligent and follow the sop in terms of health and service to customers.

Most medicines are competitively priced, may not be the cheapest pharmacy in JB, but certainly the cheapest well atleast that's what i think in the Setia Troika environment.

The pharmacist listens very attentively and gives elaborate explanation on the drugs, supplements, proper care and side effects. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Hospitality at its peak, affordable price and health after a good rest and rehab.

My husband buys monthly medication frm this pharmacy.last month he bought a months supply and he realised that a certain med was not given to him .when we inquired at the counter the staff went thru the system and told us that the purchase date shows med was paid but not given to us with the rest of the med.Than the pharmacist chinese man clarify thru his hp video showing that that they did give us all the med.My question is why did the staff verify by saying system show we paid but med not given.The chinese man tone of talking was like as though we are there to cheat him just for mere Rm 100 that the med cost.
Each time we buy at least med cost rm 200 above an never had an issue with payment.
We feel that we fleeced by them.Anyway my husband said they can keep the med and money paid as donation frm us.Definitely we will never patronise this pharmacy again.

Worst experience...asking for eardrop to reduce pain but she was suggest for ear cleaner which i reject in the first place..end up the ear cleaner doesnt work...i need to go and buy ear drop again at the other pharmacy where their guidance much better than family pharmacy...waste of time and money..
