One member got denggi positive but the address given was incorrrect and need correction. However, the KK had submitted to KKM vector. Called KKM to change the address, the respond was super good. The spoke persons are all very helpful and polite. Kudos to the team. Settled fast.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had regarding my medication supply. On multiple occasions, including my recent visit, I was denied a three-month supply of my prescription with the reason being “not enough stock.” This is not the first time I have encountered this issue, and I feel it reflects poor stock management and lack of consideration for patient convenience.

As a working individual, it is challenging for me to take time off, especially for something that could be avoided with adequate planning. Collecting medication monthly not only requires me to use my annual leave but also incurs transportation costs, both of which I believe could be minimized if I were provided with a longer-term supply.

I request a clear explanation as to why this pattern persists and why a logical, patient-focused approach to stock management cannot be prioritized. Furthermore, I urge you to consider the challenges many patients face due to frequent medication collection requirements.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a solution that will allow for a more efficient and considerate service moving forward.
