Semasa saya bertanya tentang ubat yang diperlukan untuk luka yang saya alami, staf farmasi ini petas berkata bahawa luka saya disebabkan oleh ‘herpes’. Saya telah cuba menjelaskan kepadanya bahawa doktor saya telahpun mengesahkan bahawa ia adalah ’1st degree burn’ tetapi staf farmasi tersebut enggan mendengar kata saya dan pada masa yang sama telah menuduh saya telah dijangkiti herpes disebabkan ‘berclubbing’. Saya berasa amat kesal dan rasa dimalukan oleh staf farmasi ini. Ini tidak sepatutnya menjadi pengamalan seorang jurufarmasi yang tidak harus bersikap prejudis dan menuduh yang bukan-bukan terhadap pelanggan mereka.

This pharmacy at the ground floor of Queensbay Mall overcharges for medications. They were selling a strip of medication for 5 ringgit which was 1.50 ringgit at other pharmacies.There are no prices on many of their goods which means they could quote any price at their whim and fancy.

Good service and price. The pharmacist and staffs are friendly and patient while listening to my problem and gave good advice and suggestions. One of the best pharmacy in Penang.

Small independent pharmacy at the lower ground floor of Queensbay Mall offering competitive prices for numerous commonly prescribed medications and supplements. Its range may not be as wide as its neighbour Caring Pharmacy.Still it serves a niche and complement to Caring, Watson's and Guardian since it stocks certain items that these other pharmacies may not stock or havevrun out of them during periods of high demand.Customers are advised to take items that interest them and enquire about its best price. Don't take listed prices of every supplement at face value since it might be discounted at the point of sale.Very attentive and helpful staff.

I have been buying Probiotic 6 + Inu Vital Health. I found out that this pharmacy is selling more expensive by RM25 compare to other pharmacy in Penang.

I went to this pharmacy today evening...brought the neorobion vitamin B for 1 box should have 6 stripe in it for Rm38 but.. when I reach home open the box only 2 stripe and forgot to ask for the recept..should I come back to claim another 4 stripe or how?
