I have been here every year, the staffs are friendly. One suggestion is to improve will be to fix mosquito repellent as there are a lot mosquitos.

Finally found the right place for my client after my bad experience with Klinik Malaysia Taiping. Rude and lazy staff nurse refuse to help my client and giving too many excuses to do the medical check up.

I recommend BP for friendly staff and good service. As a insurance agent i need helpful staff like this to assist me from far. I had sent elderly patients to do Medical Examination for their policy PIC upload all the documents i need on time. So grateful for their help.❤️

I will give 0 star if I can but sadly system not allow it, and the staff told me that they are the only outlet who able to provide 24hours result but end up they say is wrong information. My situation is I need that result for my flight to onboard and this kind of service they are giving to the customer. This wrong information can lead me to a serious bad condition and flight are so hard to get recently. No one pick up the call. Hope the management would take a look at this outlet. Again this outlet seriously give me a bad disappointment. But the staff overall are polite.

Rude doctor.calling for clarification regarding my husband blood test result,started with ‘what do you want’ and dont even know how to answer properly.
Loyal customer of bp lab before since 2018,but now no more.
