Wlwpun bangunan lama tapi layanan dr Pakar sampai ke cleaner memang terbaik...puas hati wlwpun terpaksa lewat kn sehari operation sy tapi tiada cas tambahan lain

Kinta medical center terbaikkk...doctor baik ,friendly,servis dia terbaik(my doctor dr.jeeva)..cepat sangat cepat masuk malam besok x smpai 24jam settel operate..bilik single besar murah je.nurse sy dpt semua baik2..Dan kos dia murah terlalu murah nak banding dengan hospital private lain....sy kene 1/4 harga dia banding dengan hospital lain sy tanya n survey harga.da selamat operate Kat sini stay 5h4m...10star... Alhamdulillah..tq KMC tq so much❤️

I've been frequenting the hospital for many years. Recently once as a patient but more than 10 times as my dad gets admitted here. Why we choose KMC? Location. Convenience of movement.
All the time, there seems to be no proper explanation or delay in discharge process, which I don't really mind or bring it up here.
This time, my dad was admitted fr a week.. Discharged more than a week ago, after paying rm1k.
Yesterday was his appointment with the doctor.
As my sister went to collect the final bill, they informed that the insurance GL hasn't been processed. No apologies. My sister left to work I went and asked and they called the PIC to come down and talk to me.
No apologies. For my question, when you'll get a reply on this? "that depends on insurance co.she said. Told her, it's not their fault. Yours. If yoy delay, we are not paying because the policy ends soon.
She said she'll get back to me, and I left my phone number at receptionist, went to the clinic to wait with my dad.
The same girl walked in with a bunch of papers.
Well, the initial diagnosis report was returned fr sm clarification and someone didn't do their job. Therefore the document was well rested. And forgotten. No apologies. They must hv resubmitted yesterday evening aft I came.but as I didn't receive any phone calls to update, I went again today.
The finall bill was given.
No apologies.
Dear admin, you have wonderful nurses,many good doctors too.
But this is still a business.
When your ppl don't provide good services, consumers have other places to go.
To all the staffs who should have at least said sorry for the delay, but ignored apologising, good luck.

Went there for full medical check up, staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a small hospital, so waiting time is still there but not as long as other hospital and nurses were also apologetic even though the wait time wasn’t too bad.

I bring my mother today to see dato wahi, the Dr is very kind and so good in explanation. The nurse Sarah also so good, she take care of my mother,so polite and friendly.
