Don’t even bother to liaise or deal with them. As client, I have the rights to raise my concerned and asked for an update everyday. Apparently, this company can’t take pressure from clients. Client not allowed being pushy chasing deadlines. Many times I ask confirmation if they can deliver services. They confirmed all yes but after waited for almost two weeks, suddenly NO they cannot do. They refused to take responsibility for holding my passport until exceeding the expiry date. They against you by saying “you must understand we are not authority, we are only service agent who rendered services.” Then what for I came to you for solutions. No function at all. I paid for your service, go and get it done!! What they did had caused me BLACKLISTED. JOANNE told me I’m just being anxious about getting blacklist. Anyone in my position would do the same. Just proof that how unprofessional and unapologetic agency.
