I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response and progress regarding my policy cancellation refund (Policy No. 24VTP0105278-00). Despite emailing and calling Customer Service multiple times, all I received are repeated apologies, with no updates and no response to my emails.

My policy was cancelled on 16/5/2025, as per the endorsement notice. Yet, as of today, 4/6/2025, I am still waiting for my refund of RM363.55.

This is unacceptable, and the constant delays are disrespectful to your customers. I demand immediate action to process my refund. Please resolve this matter.

Despite the comfortable and eye-comforting indoor setting, it did not reflect similarly on the servicing quality. Despite having no waiting customer, the middle-aged staff's tone had been impatient and displeased right after I stepped into the office. The only positive credit was that she managed to addressed my detailed queries accordingly. Perhaps other staffs would offer different experience...
