I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of one of your cashiers during my recent visit. The cashier in question displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude, shouting at us when we politely requested to split one item for diffrent reciept. Instead of addressing our request calmly, she told us to go to the back of the queue and proceeded to serve the people behind us. This not only caused unnecessary embarrassment but also showed a complete lack of respect for us as customers. I believe this is unacceptable, and I hope you will address this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.The cashier name is NITHIYA and the store is at No 27 jalan serigala taman abad johor and the time is 19 october 2024 10:16 AM

Chinese female staff has a bad attitude when serving us. I don’t know if it’s her normal tone or attitude, but we went there twice and was met with the same attitude. We just needed some clarification regarding membership points (cuz we registered after paying and she was almost mumbling and no eye contact) but she raised her voice when answering our last question. Male pharmacist was more comfortable to talk to.

I usually whatsapp them what I need and pay it online. And I just pick up from the outlet. The staff even offer to bring it to my car so I don’t have to get down my car to get them. The staffs here are really friendly and do responds to my enquiries.

Good Friendly Staff - Pharmacist on hand to advise if looking for alternative medicines . Pricing reasonable . Only that Parking most of the time not possible in front of the Pharmacy .
