My trip to Switzerland and Italy with Arba Travel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we departed until the very end, everything was so well-organized and seamless. The Arba Travel team Harith, Wan, Syafiqah and Su was incredibly professional — every detail from hotel check-ins, transportation, to daily schedules was perfectly managed.

Switzerland took my breath away — the snow-capped mountains, crystal-clear lakes, and peaceful towns felt like something out of a dream. What I loved most was how Arba curated the itinerary: balanced, relaxed, and full of unforgettable moments. We had just the right amount of time to enjoy each destination, take beautiful photos, and truly soak in the scenery.

✨ My First Solo Travel Experience in Seoul, Korea 🇰🇷

This trip was special in so many ways it was my first time experiencing solo travel, and I couldn’t have chosen a better destination than Seoul, Korea. I went with the Full Experience Package for six days and four nights, and from the very start, everything felt just right.

Our tour leader, Ashman or simply Ash, as we all called him was the heart of the journey. Friendly, funny, and always responsible, he made every moment enjoyable for everyone in the group. Then there was Ms. Janet, our amazing local guide, whose deep knowledge and thoughtful care ensured that each day was smooth and memorable.

Throughout the trip, Ash was always there, ready to help capture my best moments turning little memories into lasting keepsakes. Thanks to both of them, my first solo adventure felt less like being alone and more like traveling with friends.

If I ever travel again with Arba Travel, I truly hope to have Ash as my tour leader once more. 🌸

All three of us are very happy with the trip. The tour to Korea was well organised. The itinerary was well planned, covered many of the famous tourist landmarks. The halal Korean dishes provided were very tasty, to the delight of my two daughters. Also, no problem at the airport. The tour guides, were friendly and very helpful. Kudos to Ash & Janet. Assalamualaikum,

I joined a group tour to Japan (Tokyo - Osaka) from 5th to 11th September, 2025, led by Aja (Tour Leader) and Huzair (Tour Agent).

It was an absolutely amazing experience. The itenerary captured Japan’s beauty and captivated every member of the group. We had the chance to visit all kind of gorgeous places and go shopping as much as we want and while it was tiring, it was very fun and satisfying.

The food they prepared was delicious!!! I have been thinking about the gyoza and stir fry from the bento on day 1 and 2 (included the picture for reference) I feel sad I can never eat those bentos again… 🙁 the food ranged from sushi to wagyu platters to Pakistani & Indian cusine and all the way to Indonesian food. While one may inquire: “why would they bring you to familiar food when you are in Japan?” , trust me, by the third day, you will crave the familiar taste of spicy sambal and nasi briyani 🤧 it was also a good learning experience for those who may want to go to Japan without a tour agent and miss the taste of familiar food back in Malaysia.

And not to forget, the most amazing of all: our Aja and Huzair. They were so friendly, helpful, kind, funny, and well involved in everything we did. Huzair was very knowledgeable and passionate with his “history lessons” (learned a lot though! Really loved it!). Aja was very quick-witted and helpful when I fell and sprained my ankle. Both were a great combination and I really enjoyed their company thoroughly. These individuals carry a lot of passion and love to their job and I can see how much they truly care. Huzair educated us of the word Shokunin (職人), and I believe they both suit the word very well. In the future, I will definitely personally request for Huzair and Aja for my tour guide / tour leader.

Lastly, the group members were 100% the best group you could ever find. Friendly, kind, punctual and humorous, they made the trip so cosy and fun that it felt more of a huge family trip than anything else. The punctuality was very admirable as we managed to reach and enjoy every destination with ease.

The only advices I may mention briefly to those who would like to visit Japan would be the following:
1) Get your google translation ready due to language barrier.
2) The rooms were small. Anyone above 170cm may struggle with navigating through the rooms.

Thank you for this very memorable trip. I made friends along the way. Really, I believe I was blessed by Allah to meet all these amazing people.

Satu pengalaman yang tidak dapat saya dan isteri lupakan ketika melancong ke Yogjakatra mengikut pakej ARBA , 9-12 Sept 25. Nilai kepuasannya lebih tinggi daripada harga pakej.

Kami sungguh teruja menaiki kereta pacuan empat roda di Gumuk Pasir & di Gunung Merapi, dengan aksi yang sungguh memukau. Terima Kasih kerana menghidangkan ’Lobster’ yang sungguh enak! (Free Gift)

Kami sungguh berterima kasih kerana kedua-duanya pemandu pelancong dan pemandu kereta menjadi jurukamera yang profesional. Merakam gambar dan video kemudian menyuntingnya menjadi video lengkap setiap hari selepas aktiviti. Terima Kasih.
