No doubt this is a good clinic, doctors are very kind and knowledgeable but the wait time is way too long and the ladies at the front were not very friendly. I waited for 40 minutes and still wasnt able to see the doctor, some people need a quick consultation and get the necessary medication since they are already unwell and in pain. When I went to ask how much longer I had to wait the lady didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. Honestly, if you are in any discomfort and find it hard to even get yourself to the clinic don’t come to this one.

In response to the business owners reply, there were 2 other people at the clinic at the time I was there. One was waiting at least 15 minutes just to get their medication.

My go-to clinic since 1st pregnancy with Dr Charmaine and now still with her if I have any ob/gyn concerns.

Then, after giving birth with Dr Shobashenee for my baby paed.
Both Dr are good,professional and easy-going

Location wise, for me, is best because in the mall and parking is plenty. Service is good and understandable someday alot of patients someday are not so no issue. Price wise is close to affordable. The clinic is clean and aesthetic, even including breastfeeding area. Payment card/cashless.

Autrui clinic, a safe haven for those in need of refuge and a well established space of learning for any interested. The clinic offers a comprehensive training system that prepares interns to face any challenges that they may encounter in their journey to establish their own clinic. Ranging from registering patients, data entry, dispensing meds, keeping track of the inventory to shadowing the doctor, the clinic's internship programme can be said to be of the golden standard. The kind, understanding doctors always present with a smile, ready to jump in at any time to quell ant doubts, alongside with the staffs' tolerant nature, the nurturing received is to be envied. All in all, I will like to profess my gratitude to the clinic and thank it for it's nurturing.

The treatment is good but the waiting hour is freaking slow.. 50 minutes past only meet two patient.. people are sick n want to get treat fast!
