We went to Best Hearing Aid Centre Melaka for my dad's hearing aid. The service was really good, and the staffs are very polite and helpful. We feel very comfortable around the staff and get useful info regarding the usage of hearing aid step by step and how to care for it. Overall very pleasant experience

Finding a reliable, skilled hearing aid professional can sometimes be a challenge when travelling abroad. When both my hearing aids stopped working on my last visit to Melaka, I wasn´t very optimistic... But at Best Hearing Aid Centre Melaka they were not only very friendly and clearly skilled, but they also managed to find spare parts and have them express delivered from the manufacturer, even though they do not actually carry the specific type. Anyone with hearing loss will relate, I am sure, but the feeling of pure relief, joy and gratitude as I put my freshly serviced hearing aids back on, and could actually hear what was being said was almost overwhelming. Especially as I know from experience that if they break down while I am travelling abroad, I usually just have to make do until I get home. So, when I started to experience technical issues again a couple of days ago, I stopped by again. This time I am travelling again in a couple of days, and did not have time to wait for spare parts, but they managed to fix my immediate problem with "just" a service and cleaning. And again I was able to experience the amazing feeling of relief, joy and GRATITUDE!
I cannot recommend this hearing aid centre highly enough!

The Malacca team was really professional and throughout the consultation, the process was explained and discussed with great care to my 96 yo father.
This is indeed a well experienced young practitioner. Overall, my father was well taken care and achieved better hearing again.

Me and my dad visited this morning.
We both had a pleasant session with the audiologist.
Both of them are very polite, soft spoken, attentive to the needs of the elderly people with hearing lost. Important of all, they are very patient, they speak soft but clearly.

They are equipped with new hearing test tools, software for adjustment. The entire environment inside the centre is very comfortable.Thus making the entire experience of follow-up very pleasant.

The audiologist that attended us know his stuff well. He explained the test to me and then uses chart/diagram for my father. He patiently advised the family members how to be supportive to the patient and how patient should tell the family members abt their hearing situation to improve communication.

The entire visit including hearing assessment, re-adjustment, consultation took about 1hr30min and everything is free.
Im grateful for the service.
Hope more people can be benefits from this good quality service.

The staff at the Melaka centre were friendly and helpful. The Audiologist En Mohd Najmi is very professional in his work, he is responsive and patiently explained my concern and questions on matters pertaining to the hearing aids, I am very Happy towards the service rendered and would recommend my friends to your centre. On your opening day I also spoken to your Ms Joyce ( your MD ,never know is the MD at that time) She is surely a great marketing person and has also convince me to take a ITC set, Great company has good staff and Boss, KEEP IT UP
