The audiologist, Alvin, was helpful and professional, took his time to go through the process from assessment to hearing test and adjustment of hearing aids. Im really satisfied with your service and help in ordering my hearing device.

Today I wear my hearing device for 1st time from this phonak brand. The audiologist already set it for me. Im really happy to wear it and its really help me to hear clearly. And the device has a great function where it can controll the sound in 2 situation not only that it also can be used to hear phone calling not as other brand before that i had used.
