Attentive, informative and professional service had been provided by friendly staffs, nurse and doctor.
Blood screening report could be received within short periods via email which was truly convenient.
Appointment with doctor was punctual and report was well explained by Dr. Lee. Informative, useful advices and suggestions was given also. Dr jot down most important info in small note which was really helpful as too much need to remember in sudden time. Thank you Dr. Lee.
There is quite a spacious and comfortable waiting area in lobby and consultation area. The building is located at a relatively less busy area, therefore parking is sufficient for normal days.
Overall, it was quite a nice experience and hope BP healthcare keep up the efforts. Thank you.

Bad counter service. We'd been standing there in front of two chatting staffs for quite a few minutes, without being greeted or served, as if no one was standing in front of them (at first we thought they were busy but then realized they were just chitchatting). We had to ask them ourselves for blood test service, and they failed to provide a professional advice, instead they were just asking if we wanted to choose a basic or full body check up, without giving further explanations or any recommendations.

This is my first time doing health screening in Malaysia and I opt for BP Skudai. I was attended to at the reception area by this gentlemen, who happened to be my attending doctor, Dr Lee Wan Loong. He is very patient and professional. Doing for me my ultra sound scanning and I came back 2 weeks later to have my report review. Dr Lee took time to explain to me on each concerning details, sharing with me on how I should approach the concerning issues on my diet, exercise regime and nutritional details. As a Singaporean, I will definitely come back to BP Skudai for my future health screening and definitely recommend others to come to this place for your health screening needs. Thank you Dr Lee for your dedicated work and also the friendly and smiley staffs at BP Skudai, well done and keep up the good work! Excellent service, will come back next year for my health screening needs.
