Very dissatisfied with the service I got today. Bought a product that’s expiring in less than 2 months. I called to check whether I could get a change of the product. Pharmacist: it normally takes 1 year for us to ship the product from oversea, you can still use it for 3 more months after the expiry, hang up the phone.

Lesson learnt, check the validity before purchase and make sure there is receipt printed before I leave the pharmacy.

Update:
Managed to get my refund in cash for the ointment today. Appreciate your response for this incident.

this is a total scam site they take your money with no intention of sending a product... they talk you into sending it as family or friend so payal can't help then they say for another $349 by me and their agaent will look into into... stay the duck away a complete bunch of crooks
