Friendly and efficient waxing service, painless too. Reasonable price. But weird thing about appointments. The moment you ask if a slot is available, they send a message saying your appointment is confirmed, don't be late etc. If the slot is full they still send a message with some other timing without even asking me. Also don't understand why they kept changing appointment time without reason. I asked why through WhatsApp but the girl seemed like didn't understand. She asked which appointment I was referring to, when I only had one appointment and it was there in the conversation history. They called 5 minutes before appointment asking why I was not there yet, told I was looking for parking and will be there soon. Then they immediately changed my time again. Anyway when I reached they still proceeded with the service.

Been here a few times already, but only noticed today that the name of the therapist who gave me a great wax treatment is Farhan. She was so gentle and carefully treated me, I could barely feel any pain.

I have been visiting a few places for waxing treatment but it different with Bublegumwax. The staff was great especially Mei (i gave her 5 starrrrr ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤭) coz she made me comfortable during the treatment. It is hassle-free, painless and affordable as well. She’s friendly, sweet and professional trained. Highly recommended.

I am a regular customer. My satisfaction with the services provided, particularly by Mei, Farhan, and Kimmy, is consistent. So far, I have already purchased a few services at this outlet, including underarm laser, Brazilian waxing, upper lip waxing, and the latest one, eyebrow waxing. It's evident that I had a great time using their services. Btw, I've always appreciated their 3in1 drinks and Mentos on the table 🤭.
