I was regretted in making visit to kk bendera specially after met nurse miss fairos at bilik 9. We were staying abroad while our parents having denial to send our ne born which we think it has much improvement after years. We successfully make an appointment in late feb for 8 mar for 1st routine check up. Upon arrival at 8.15am, there are 5 nurses chatting and basically no queue in sight. The way of questioning where we are staying that we have forgotten exact address. We having difficulties due to circunstance not to let old age parent aware our intention. Thus, the attitude,behaviour and way of attentivr like interogating process. What on earth of service of kk in penang. It is a health clinic l, it serve for people and care for vulnerable infant not to mention current covid virus still active. What she cares who responsible!!! Was it build for paying leisure tine of nurses was in my mind. Why it can't serve like immigration which care for people that citizen of malaysia can visit any kk within malaysia not putting red tape by state or district worsened of address? Did the kk serve the purpose for healthcare as ultimate priority is questionable. Further, i can make an appointment then turn you back at clinic door step on top of arrogantly questioning. Apparently, kk existence does not care to serve malaysian with such red tapes for showing off authority, leisure of health worker, and definitely nuances across the so called systematically denial of healthcare acquire to the people. I am shocked that serve no infant at that time and yet rejecting due to no appropriate address near to the kk bukit bendera district. More importantly, we are carrying a baby who matters of all and weakest on earth to defend herself to bacteria and virus that has being ignored at so called klinik kesihatan for malaysian? I am curious what kk mission, objective, vision and it purposes to exist when careless by exposing threats of poorly managed not to mention that in 2023, 21st century digital world. if deny health care and expose hazzerd to newborn at doorstep, the refusal was on a newborn, free time of nurses, no queue of patient,while those facilities existed on taxpayer money, it is bizarre 😳
