I had a disappointing experience at Caring Pharmacy recently. The lady pharmacist was very impatient when answering my inquiries and was not helpful at all. Her attitude made the visit quite unpleasant. I expected better customer service and won’t be returning anytime soon.

An attitude Indian lady at the pharmacy counter. It was a long queue in front of the pharmacy counter, a couple was first in the line and discussing what to buy. This Indian staff instead of asking the couple to give way for others who r ready, she just watching them and ignore the queue. Since the staff was not doing anything, so I took the initiative to clarify r they ready to make the payment. This couple noticed ppl r waiting for them, so they let me go first. This Indian lady folded her arms and asked what do I need with her arrogant tone and asked me to pay at the front counter. After reviewing previous comments, it seems like she always be highlighted by the customer.

Chinese cashier just look up only when other customers cut que up my turn at cashier due payment time ,that lady nothing action ,in caring pharmacy city square no rule who first que up first payment? And customer allows to cut que up?bad experience

Horrible customer service, I just asked to confirm the shop name, was scolded by the cashier in melayu. Lucky I understand the language and told her off. A total unnecessary actions on the retail end. Hope the shop will educate their staff to be more professional.

Damn rude your Indian staff!! With pink nails! From the start when we enquiry any voucher to deduct from my mom’s membership and she start to show attitude by her face and tone! After scanning and we start to calling our mom checking on the OTP sent to her phone she start to feel annoyed and all her actions was telling me she’s annoyed with us Come on there’s no one queuing at behind us why you act like so annoyed? She even bang her QR scanner!! We gave up on using our mom’s voucher and paid RM600+ for the total bills. I’m so angry until asking on her name but she didn’t want to tell. She told me she talk to me nicely at the first? Hello? If your behaviour is so polite how come I didn’t feel it? If you don’t have patience please do not work in retail you should sit inside office. Unreasonable
