They had the ensure milk powder promotion at the atrium. The Chinese lady promoters service were great and patient. They gave me many flavours to try before deciding which is suitable for my mum. Prices were slightly cheaper than Aeon supermarket. Will be back again to repurchase.

I am a Singaporean and have been a regular customer at Caring since a few years ago. I find Ms Woon and Mr Kam excellent pharmacists as they are very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous
I will come here and buy my 3 monthly meds/ supplements as they give sound advice and have good listening ears
- just like my personal doctor.
No matter how busy they are during peak hours, they always attend to me promptly,
If I have any queries through what’s app, they will take time to reply within the day itself.
During our last visit we purchased a glucose monitor equipment and Ms Woon graciously demonstrated how to use the equipment via a video, which we found to be very useful.
Both Ms Woon and Mr Kam are definitely an asset to Caring🤗

The worst service group of the world
I buy 4 item asking separate plastic then the staff said "macam ini saya charge u 20sen lo " . And the face like I own she 1million.
Is not the 20sen problem,can use more madness type
Hope management can give more training at service group

Mr Kam Wen Hang (the Pharmacist) always treat me well whenever I visit Mid Valley to get my medications, compared to the other nearby pharmacies here in the mall.

Will always visit here whenever I drop by!
