I don't know why that is so many bad comments here. But my own experience with Cross Protection is good so far. My order was replied the next hour I place my order. With my payment online, they replied the next day and I manage to get my order in next 3 days.

I order the mask for all my clients in 2 march 2020 till today still no answer from the factory side. never pick up call, never reply. irresponsible manufacturers. I'm going to make police report!!! ruined my company reputation!!!

Very poor customer service.
They give poor reason for consumer to buy their mask.
such as:

Cross Protection: You are not allowed to know the price, only during line up or visit our store, then we will provide you the pricing.
Me: How the f... do I know how much cash should I bring ?
Cross Protection: that is not my problem.

Cross Protection: You cannot buy more than 1 carton.
Me: But I need 2, as I am planning to sent to my relatives in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Cross Protection: Then you need to share the mask.

Very unethical supplier. Told us they have no stock, but found out that they actually export a lot of their masks to other countries at very high price.
The government should investigate unethical supplier like this. They should care & support our Malaysian first, not just to seek for highest profit & export out the masks.
