A relative of mine is in there, and while the facility seems decent, but the food is not as depicted on the photos. He get Porridge, but it has very little protein, no meat or fish!! Not very appetizing!! Nor nutritious!!

Best place with new concept in a demanding old age care today.Where else in Kuching we can have this type of place that's really comfortable with a good safety features for the resident that stay there.The environment also look clean with nice lanscaping.Keep up the good job.For those who are still guessing how good the place is then why don't just drop by and visit them to see it for yourself. You'll be amazed.😊

One of the worst management you can find in Malaysia. Incompetent at resolving ceiling leaking, car park leaking. Rude to residents.
1. The car park leaks residues from the ceiling that stain the car's paintwork which requires professional polishing to remove. When the car is moved to empty spots, management threatens to clamp the car and forces the residents to park under the leaking ceiling. This took months of negotiating before new parking spaces are provided. Leaking issues are never resolved.
2. leaking from the ceiling in the rooms, leaking each day when it rains, claims it's the gutter problem. This gutter issue took months to repair. Ceiling leaking from the shower room, claims it's from air conditioning unit, conducted an "overhaul" by the management, charging the residents the cost to overhaul, yet after the overhaul, the ceiling still leaks.
3. Since the changing of management, the new frontline management are rude. Treats the residents as though we are a nuisance. They treat the visitors, and potential new owners with warmth, but after they buy-in, things change.
4. A nightclub has been opened in the vicinity, every night without fail loud noises will disturb sleep up till the wee hours.

Its really a nice place. And nice service too!
