I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 60-minute relaxing full body massage at European Wellness Center Kuching located in Pullman Hotel Kuching. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there were a few areas for improvement.

First and foremost, the staff were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each service on the menu. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel welcomed and at ease.

However, I believe the ambiance could be enhanced with the addition of an aromatherapy diffuser. The right scents can truly elevate the spa experience, creating a vibrant and calming atmosphere that complements the treatments.

Regarding the massage itself, while the masseuse was skilled, I felt that she could have focused more on the significant pressure points to help soften my stiff muscles. A more targeted approach would have made the session even more beneficial.

Considering the price I paid, I was expecting a bit more than what a typical wellness spa offers. While I enjoyed my time, I believe there’s room for improvement to meet the expectations set by the pricing.

In summary, European Wellness has great potential with its knowledgeable staff and tranquil setting, but enhancing the ambiance and refining the massage techniques could take the experience to the next level.

Went for Facial n oxygen Therapy . Came out revitalize , no fog head which was good for over 3 weeks. Need do follow Up cos i m not a Gym Lover. Thanks Dr Isaac n team. See u Soon

My husband and I both had a one-hour whole body massage with Atul. It was $63 Australian including taxes etc for one hour. It is on level 3 of the Pullman in Kuching but not associated with them eg no Accor discount. They have a lot of other beauty services there too eg facials. This is part of a chain operating in Switzerland, Greece etc. While pricey for a massage in Malaysia, it is a better quality and much cleaner. They wash your feet before hand, single use towels before washing not reusing etc. We have had some poor or dirty experiences elsewhere in Kuching previously so we rate this 5 stars. Atul had good English too and was able to cater for injuries and preferences.
