The pharmacist (Ms Tan and Ms Lee) from Georgetown pharmacy at Alma branch are very helpful and knowledgeable . They always provide good advices and customer service .

Bad service and bad attitude!!!
purchased a blood pressure machine from this store yesterday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was highly unprofessional. After trying the machine at home, found it didn't show any results. When returned to the store for assistance, I was ignored for more than 30 minutes. Finally, a staff member did help, they just simply kept asking me to try using the machine, despite it not displaying any results. When requested an exchange, just gave me a nonsensical reason, claiming the machine couldn't be exchanged because it had been used. and purchased it less than 24 hours! They kept saying "I think..." If dunno how the product works, shouldn't be selling it. highly not recommend this shop.

Bad service, bad attitude, the auntie with glasses too rude speak to customer. And why the 3staff leave until left 1staff when many customer waiting for payment? very slow while waiting payment at the counter, lolz

I just came back from that pharmacy . I was just going to buy basic meds “buscopan” and “paracetamol”. I stood in front of the casher and a young Chinese pharmacist was just there . She ignored me completely and started to serve Chinese customers who were behind me. I guess the white ghost was not a client. Arrogance? Racism? Incompetence? Disrespect? Not sure but no customer service skills. I simply left and no one around seemed to care. So many other pharmacies around. I will make sure to avoid this one. It looks like I am not the only one to experience so poor service.
