Cari ² brg gan sendiri, pekerja semua duk sibuk serve customer yg lain, takpa lg, masa nak bayar kena potong queue 2 kali, lg dihad beri laluan pd customer yg beli banyak tu... Teruk betul sikap yg *Pandang Rendah pd Orang* mcm dianggap tak mampu beli ja...
Tak jd beli, brg yg nak beli dibiar ja,pi kat mana² pharmacy Penang pun, tak akan lg sy masuk pharmacy ni lg...

A few days ago in the afternoon, I was introduced by a friend to a promotion at Farlim Georgetown Pharmacy. So, I went there to purchase the shampoo my friend recommended.

Upon entering the store, the first thing I did was ask the staff if there were any ongoing promotions. However, the staff's response was impatient, as they merely pointed toward the product without any intention of guiding me over there. I understand that perhaps the store was busy at that time, so I decided to look for the product myself.

As I walked toward the product area, I wasn't entirely sure if the shampoo I was looking for was the one my friend had described, as I only had a verbal description of the packaging. So, I asked a female staff member who was closest to me at the time. To my surprise, she rolled her eyes before guiding me to the shampoo I was looking for. During the product introduction, she also show up her impatient attitude.

What I want to say is, if you're really not willing to patiently assist customers with product information, you could stay at the cashier and focus on processing payments. There's no need to show such a dismissive attitude toward customers who genuinely want to make a purchase. This behavior has affected the store's reputation, and I hope they can address this issue.

A few days ago, my mom had an unpleasant experience at Farlim Georgetown Pharmacy. According to her describe, she wasn't sure about the appearance of the shampoo that her friend had recommended, so she asked the staff for help. However, she received an impatient response and was even rolled her eyes at my mum.

Senior citizen may not express themselves very clearly, but that doesn't mean they deserve such attitude.

I been supporting this pharmacy for many years. Recently, I got a very bad experience with the arrogance & impolite staff/pharmacist. I just ask few questions regarding on the medicine nicely & politely but your staff react like I owed her few hundred thousand. As a professional pharmacist, is it to answer customer doubts, especially we have minimal knowledge on which type of medicines are suitable to use instead of showing arrogance face & unwillingness to help. Please provide some etiquette training for your staff. To add on, I do saw & experienced before your staff talked impolitely to those senior citizen or elderly who can’t speak very well or not so knowledgeable. This is not the first time I have such experience on your service.

Very rude, arrogant and ignorant pharmacists. Showing bad faces all the time, very reluctant to answer to questions asked.
Attitude are the worst among all pharmacies I’ve seen. Bad tone of speech, sounds very irritated, not answering to the only questions that’s being asked upon payment, which is just to confirm the dose of the drug.
If you don’t have the knowledge of drug or pharmacology. Don’t come here, they don’t bother to explain. They expect you to know everything.
