I stand in front of cashier for almost one minute waiting to pay, the two lady staff keep chatting and ignored me until I ask, then only start to slowly scan my stuffs. I told twice I want to pay by TNG, she still showing me the credit card machine.... Please put some one ready to work at the cashier.....

It was my first time visit. The customer service was slow. Specifically this lady by the name of Baizurah/Maisurah. So unfriendly and impudent. I asked for my foundation shade. She didn’t ask me to wait or anything. Just left with her attitude face and came back only 10-12 mins after. The way how she processed the payment with no Thank You. For the sales crew named Sara. Keep up with her good customer service. I have no issues with the rest except for the lady named mentioned above. Do educate her some basic customer service. Else don’t work under frontline/ do cashier. Teach her how to greet, smile and say thank u. I’ve never been to any retail line to see someone serving me so badly. That lady is the worst. Till she knows I’m gonna complain, she somehow learn to say thank you and smile with the other customers in the line. My first visit at Guardian Komtar mall was not amazing. Sara came to apologise on her behalf. Which Sara shouldn’t. Basically it’s not about the basic courtesy that she don’t imply. I don’t need to be served with an attitude or showing me her grumpy face. If she don’t like serving customers, I wonder why she work under a retail store ? So do take this review seriously. Thank you. As a proof , pictures has been uploaded. See for yourself 😌

My favourite spot for pharmaceuticals product. Lesser crowd compared to city square branch. So you can browse & shop in peace. Staff is knowledgeable & friendly.

I visited Guardian at JBCC a few weeks ago and was quite surprised by how their security system operates. While I fully understand the importance of preventing shoplifting—and appreciate that staff and security provide shopping bags to help manage this—I found the experience rather uncomfortable.

As I was browsing and trying to focus on selecting the items I needed, I noticed a security guard closely watching me from the entrance. He moved from aisle to aisle, consistently keeping an eye on me. The most unsettling moment was when I was reading the product labels, and I saw from the corner of my eye that the guard had stopped and was staring at me until I made my selection and walked to the cashier.

I completely support efforts to maintain security, but such intense and obvious surveillance made me feel uneasy. I sincerely hope that the security staff can be trained to monitor discreetly, without making genuine customers feel scrutinized. I hope to see improvements in this area.
