don't ever come to this hospital because all the doctors, nurses, MA, HA here in EMERGENCY SECTION are mentally sick! PROBABLY I SHOULD REPORT TO SISPA
Here is my story. i was admitted to the emergency (kecemasan) sebab sesak nafas dan sakit kepala yang teramat, i thought disebabkan caffein from nescafe i drank this morning but start sakit lps maghrib sesak nafas & mula sakit kepala yg teramat almost pitam which i havent experienced it before so I went to the hospital around 1030. from 1030 until 0130 i was admitted & laid on the bad lps kaunter saringan dalam tu which is bukan kaunter hijau (non emergency section) but NONE OF THE DOCTORS OR NURSES OR MA & EVEN HA CAME TO ME TO CHECK WHATS GOING ON. after all 2 hours i told the MA who checked me at the kaunter saringan i wanted to go home since none of the doctors came at me & i was terribly still sakit kepala mau meletup! but the MA named wee lai told me to wait because she was afraid something might happen to me & jadi kes polis. so i held myself, tahan diri dan baring balik dekat katil. lepas almost 1 jam kemudian i cannot wait anymore because my body aches so much for laying on the bed for too long yet nobody check on me & 2 male MA perasan something not right with me so sekyo kecek samo sekyo eh bakpo dio tu n giving assumption i was DEMAM which is i wasn't then them, 1 nurse and a doctor who kecek luar came to them buat group bual n tanya sesama mereka where is my medical card & suddenly sorang HA @ DR who sits dekat pc shout he has my card & told them i was only dizzy. the female doctor wearing a purple robe and spectacles suddenly spoke among them "oh kalau sakit kepala semua sini sakit kepala & 1 MA lelaki yg muda & tinggi berkulit hitam manis replied "itulah tu saya pun sakit kepala jgk ni" while laughing & not only that one nurse yang middle age who sits with 'em asked the doctor "bakpo dr nak katil jgk ko?" nak nganyim nyo ko pesakit!! padahal sekor habuk hok kijo spital takdak maghi cek even jeling or bertanya khabar bakpo cik? sakit gapo but all of them were laughing at me sbb sakit kepala maghi spital. yolah kita sakit pelik pah sesok nafas sakni suruh kita masuk dalei bakpo? klu tksei cek gak biar lepas selalu dkt ruang hijau tu lah!! bakpo tahan sapa dekat 3 jam tanpa cek apa2?!!! even a parent who accompanied her kid there was shocked & ternganga mendengar perbualan penjawat awam hospital sekalian tersebut yan mengejek dan memperlekehkan pesakit 😊 i was devastated & frust so i walked out the emergency dgn terhuyung hayang keluar dari hospital while crying heavily. luckily nobody saw me except the guard & i ran to my mom & sis who waited outside for hours!!
ouh lupa nk bagitahu. masa daftar kt kaunter luar tu kan, ada nurse satu lagi with the nurse yang i told the story above. nurse satu lagi tu rasanya tahu kot ini ward kecemasan but she berbual selamba sambil mendaftar saya sambil lewa which masa tu i was still in a terrible state, headache, dizzy almost faint & breath heavily. but i guess buat lah apa pun, komen lah apa pun dekat hospital kerajaan ni, gomen tetap dilindungi kan walaupun sekor2 perangai tak layak kerja hospital which patut ada COMMON SENSE & EMPATHY YANG TINGGI. but dont worry, i believe yang doa orang teraniaya sentiasa makbul & alhamdulillah everytime i hadap situasi macam ni, whenever i was the victim, tak pernah sekali pun ALLAH tolak doa tu. i prayed that all of them dipecat (if it is possible when i know its may not) or even worse which is both balasan setimpal dunia dan akhirat mengikut ketetapan ALLAH sebab mengkhianati tugas sebagai penjawat awam dalam kesihatan @ HOSPITAL! Allah tak tidur dan doa orang teraniaya tkde hijab 😊🤲🏻
that's why rezeki halal lagi berkat is crucially important & the only one that is relevant because imagined works in a government hospital who should serve people who are sick with empathy & common sense but turns out only works to belittle the patients who are sick without empathy only because they themselves are exhausted & overworked
