I am deeply grateful for the care my family and I have received at I Borneo Klinik. Both Dr. Theva and Dr. Sara stand out not just as highly skilled doctors, but as people of true integrity who are wholeheartedly committed to their patients’ wellbeing. Their warmth, compassion, and sincerity shine through in every consultation. You can feel that their intention is always to heal, to listen, and to guide with honesty and care.
What I especially appreciate is how they take the time to explain medical terms in ways that are easy to understand, never rushing and always making sure we feel informed and reassured. The clinic itself is welcoming, with a comfortable waiting area and a friendly, supportive team.
But what sets I Borneo Klinik apart is the follow-up care — a rare and thoughtful practice. The team checks in on our progress after each visit, showing that their concern doesn’t end the moment we walk out the door. It’s a small gesture that speaks volumes about their dedication.

Having a committed staff & doctors that are soft-spoken, caring & patient. Despite the large number of clients, the clinic maintains a healthy enviroment with clean, cool & comfy chairs for us to sit in as we wait for our turn. We are pleased with their services.

I like the doctor’s explanation. Went few times. Queue is 2-3hours for 15 patients. thats why lack one stars. Always full house. Reasonable ubat and good price too. Both doctors are great. One doctor incharge at a time. Maybe need to add one more doctor for normal case unless preferred. Please prioritize the one with small kids and elderly like u state on your clinic wall. 👍🏼

Staff ramah, Doktor pun ramah bagi penerangan jelas,terang , rawatan dan ubat alhamdulillah baik dan berkesan.

Kos rawatan agak tinggi ( bergantung jenis sakit dan ubat ) tapi dgn quality rawatan, nasihat dan ubat yg dibekalkan mmg wajar kos yg dikenakan pada rawatan adik saya yg gestrik dah agak teruk masa tu. Alhamdulillah lepas beberapa hari adik sya dah semakin baik smpi hari ini.

Masa menunggu dkt klinik ne mmg ambil masa, Ramai pesakit dtg dkt sini sbb mmg antara klinik terbaik yg saya pernah dtg,dgr dari org² lahad datu so kena korban masa sikit demi iktiar utk smbuh. Klu sakit teruk tak boleh tgu lama tu cari alternatif ke tmpt lain dahulu.

Saya harap klinik ne semakin maju dan boleh sewa/ beli premis yg lebih besar.

Dari jam1.30 ptg saya tnggu klinik ni buka, ada bgitahu jam2.30 ptg baru buka jadi saya dtang lh sana jam2.30 smpai jam4.00 ptg saya tidak di panggil utk dpatkn rawatan.. Ank saya bosan mnunggu smpai mnangis, tu pnjaga kaunter suruh keluar kami di luar sebab ndak mahu bising😭pngalaman paling buruk dalam hidup saya, sehingga kn air mata saya mngalir, ank tngah sakit t'pksa mnunggu lama ank mnangis di suruh kami kluar. Ndak pa lh bukan rezeki mahu dapatkan rawatan di klinik ni tadi saya balik tanpa dapatkn rawatan.

The clinic is clean, the staff are hospitable, 1st come 1st serve system, and Dr. Kumar will explained u clearly what's ur sickness was. God bless.
