Thank you so so much Mr Wong for your willingness to go the extra mile! Not only were you extremely patient providing me with information of all the wheel chair choices, you also understood so well the extra needs that I didn't even think of!

Your thoughtfulness from the the time i reached out to ask for options to delivery n even went to the extend of labelling the wheelchair for me as we will be using this in the homecare..
