I'm a really traditional Chinese man at heart and I prefer to make all arrangements for my wife. However choosing Kenyi Postnatal Care Center was my wife's. After going through most of the centers in Ipoh, she fixed her mind on this and I must say she made a fine choice. Her focus was a comfortable place for her and our son with all necessity amenities and appetizing food. She got all her expectations and was really happy throughout her stay. As for me, Kenyi never fail to impress me from time to time. On many occasions I was really surprised by the attention paid by the staffs here not to mention the patience they have for every client. Everything was perfectly organized. My utmost concern was the security of the whole center. Glad they have everything planned out and was really strict on it. Another plus point is that they are really looking into my wife's health with weekly checkups from a well experienced TCM physician. The whole period was a delightful one and I highly recommend Kenyi to everyone. Kenyi doesn't just gives me and my wife a hassle free 28 days, but a truly peace of mind stay.

真的很庆幸当初我选择了Kenyi月子中心，女王般的28天生活真的不是开玩笑的幸福，所有的员工包括老板娘在内，全部都很健谈就像朋友一样🥰总结来说，非常满意也非常推荐给各位正在寻找月子中心的准妈妈们👍🏻👍🏻

This is absolutely the most ideal place for mothers getting a rejuvenation stay. Pleasantly clean environment, friendly caring staffs, and beautiful tasty food 🤭... don't wanna leave after my stay here🙁. The pricing is reasonably justified with the attention given. I'm really happy staying here. Kudos to the lady boss 👍 Great job done. Definitely highly recommended.

Very unpleasant stay! Totally not worth the money (RM15k)...
1) food served not hot, taste of food is just so so
2)supper (soup) always forgot to serve till u ask for it
3) only instant bird nest served ( is watery too, not kind of thick Essence)
4) majority of the Nurses r part timer , only two of them r full time n most of them r not expertise on babies
5) hot plain water flask came out with dirty residues
6) dessert (hi tea) - those that posted on fb nvr appeared on my dining table so far...
7) rice water - not as aroma as on d first few days...it tasted like it had being filtered for many times...

Last but not least, is the ATTITUDE of the LADY BOSS who called herself as in service line for so Long...cannot accept comment, all feedbacks raised being treated as demanding... her staff , Caryn on d other hand can handle customer’s feedback much more better!
The quality n service totally not up to standard... I can get even better service n food from any of the confinement centre outside!
Those who wanna reserve do ask her properly what her package include, as she has MANY packages, which i was d unlucky ones as what My Friend got I totally don’t have when v were paying the same price! So, mummies, pls do think twice!
