Very happy with the service despite the long waiting time to be seen - everything required for my offshore and dive medical available on the premises and results available to pick in the afternoon of the same day. Well worth the trip over from Brunei where my experience with local service providers has left me very unimpressed.

Tip: Get there before the clinic opens at 8am if you want to get ahead of this queue. This place gets very busy.

Kata klinik tutup pukul 1730, pergi nak ambil result medical check up, pkl 1630 lebih dah tutup, belum lagi pukul 1700. What is this? Fix your working hours. Wasting my time. WhatsApp pun tak reply.

Q1. How does your clinic keep your patient/customer records? When asked at the reception counter about the examination requirements that I need to do based on the records in your clinic, the staff at the reception failed to check and took carelessly about my request. I had to pay twice for the inspection where the first inspection was still valid for several years. When asked for a refund, they denied my request.

Q2. Are your employees at the reception really unfriendly to customers?
When asked to make certain Med-check, one of your employees did not respond to my question politely but only smile like I did something wrong, and then she/they did not give any answer, with no answer your employee just left without giving any answer... So disappointed.

Very very long waiting time, 2 hours wait 😓 not even in yet. For those under insurance wanting to get a referral letter, I suggest go elsewhere. They're packed with offshore workers and children's vaccination.
It would have been much appreciated for front desk to at least mentioned the waiting time might have been long, wasted my time here

I’m amazed at how the staffs could cater to such a large crowd on a weekly basis… smooth operation and the place is clean.
Doctor Cheu is friendly too… and now that they have moved to a new location, this old location will truly be missed.
