I had serious hair fall issues; in my highest record, my hair shed 273 hairs in a day. But after going to Dr. Ko for 4 months, my hair fall numbers reduced to an average of 150, 100, 70, and now around 40 per day!!! Cannot express my appreciation enough to thank Dr Eddie Tiong Ming Chin, she is the best doctor I have ever met in my life. She is super knowledgeable, kind, caring, always gives me comfort, and she has all the characteristics of an amazing doctor I could ever ask for. (oh and btw all the nurses are very helpful and professional) Really recommend all Mirians to go Dr Ko!!!

I've recently been to Klinik Dr Ko Miri and I am very pleased with the experience. The staff members were very polite and friendly. Dr Eddie is very caring, patient and detailed.. she really took the time to explain everything to me, despite it being a rather busy day. I was fully informed about the treatment that was given to me.. and Dr Eddie also kindly educated me on the proper skin care regime for my condition. I'm already seeing positive changes in my skin.. all thanks to Dr Eddie and her team. Very HAPPY!

I had a really bad facial acne break out months ago, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Eddie regarding my skin condition. She really took her time to examine and gave a lot of advice. Her advices are very detailed and it is very specific to your case and skin type. She suggested a few products and it worked well with my skin. My skin responded quite fast, improvements were showing in less than 2 months and all acnes are cleared and gone within 6 month. Staffs are also very friendly and helpful. Their response on WhatsApp is very quick too. 10/10 value for money. Definitely would recommend.

Bad experience.

Appointment set a day earlier to be at 11am the next day. I came from Brunei, so had to que at the border immigration post, which moved at turtle with injured leg’s pace.

Then I arrived 10 mins early to respect the 11 am appointment time, but until 11:15, I was still not called in. So, I decided to leave.

Only the facade looks nice.

Very happy with the services and the result especially after PRP. The clinic is clean and tidy. The doctor and staffs are friendly and qualified. Definitely would recommend to my families and friends.
