A massive thank you to Klinik Famili 24jam. I had a severe asthma attack last night around 3 AM while outstation in Kuantan and had forgotten my inhaler. Without transport, I was desperate. The clinic not only agreed to help but also delivered the inhaler to me quickly. Their compassion and efficiency in an emergency were incredible. Highly recommended!

I visited the clinic for a headache and the consultation felt rushed and poorly done. She didn’t check me thoroughly at all. Later, I even had to take extra pills just to calm down and get some sleep from the stress it caused.

After the visit, I noticed there was no MC in my medicine bag. I asked the receptionist if I could get one; she asked whether I had already asked the doctor and I said no. I even asked if I should go in and check, and she said it was okay. But then she suddenly told me to go back in and the doctor immediately yelled at me. So rude and unprofessional!

I honestly didn’t know that we’re not supposed to request an MC at the counter, many people probably don’t. She could have simply explained or educated me instead of scolding.

What’s worse, I had already told her my headache started yesterday after work, yet she never even asked if I was working today or whether I needed an MC. Totally careless and disappointing. I will never visit this clinic again.
