Doctor Tan very gentle and patient, been there while having covid and klinik still very strict for the protocol even after mco. Went there again for viral fever, overall good experience! Nurse and replacement doctor are great too.

Not sure what is the doctor's problem, went there a few times already and always have this arrogant attitude. Not paying any attention when trying to explain my situation, then give the exact same medicine of anti-inflamme and PCM just to shoo you away. They treat all their patient like they just go there to cheat their MC. Not recommended if you are really looking for treatment.

I would like to emphasize that the behavior displayed by the clinic assistant toward those who are unwell and in need of medical attention is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Patients should not be kept waiting in uncertainty and left without any explanations or assistance.

I kindly request that this matter be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate measures be taken to rectify the situation. It is vital to ensure that the clinic adheres to the advertised operating hours and that the staff provides courteous and professional service to all patients.
