Alhamdulillah setakat pegi ni layanan nurse2 semua baik je. Biasalah tu menunggu. Nama pun free kan. Tp bila layanan ok, hilang rasa penat menunggu tu. Keep up the good work ❤️

Nurse agak biadap! Kalau orang cakap elok2 awak kena balas elok2!, awak d bayar untuk servis rakyat! Memang awak bukan layan saya sorang! Sebab gaji awak d bayar untuk khidmat MASYARAKAT!!!!!

I would like to re-review the clinic performance. As per my first visit at the clinic, i would like to highlight a few things:

1) Don’t call the clinic. Their main phone line is having issues at the moment. However, I am satisfied with the nurse that I am in-charged with, she would personally call me to confirm my meeting. If you are impatient, do take some time to come here and confirm your date.

2) The clinic is medium sized with many partitions and it is not very crowded. Still breathable.

3) Service is quite fast, and the nurses are cheerful. I like that. Just not as fast as going to private practices.

4) Parking issues, the clinic is located near the main road, if you don’t like searching for parking, come with a motorbike like me.

Thats all, overall a satisfied customer.

One of the nurse gave me 1 rgt for registration yesterday (my wallet went missing and I only ealised by the time I was at the clinic). I was thankful for that from the bottom of my heart ❤️ however this clinic is not be fully operational.

This facility were not equipped with blood testing, you need to do this at KK Sungai Besi, which happens to be quite a few miles away in the middle of no where)

The attending Doctor was not listening to what the patient is saying, she didn't make me understand what was the side effects of taking oral tablet containg steroids . While sitting across from her is a Nurse glued to the mobile phone. Otherwise I'd give 4 star.
