A very busy clinic with a good set of staff. The Dr was a little strict to me but she took time to explain to me my condition which I appreciate so much -thank you. The Dr is also very good with kids. Brought my kids in when they were unwell and they keep telling me to go back and see Dr Jananee every time they sneeze 🙂 Keep up the good work!

I have headaches, need 1 day rest from work, go to this clinic and end up only got time chit. I pay with my own money without getting any Medical leave. How i can claim to company that i already absent for my 1 day working? ITS BECOMES UNPAID LEAVE AND I PAY IT FOR THE TIME CHIT? WILL NEVER COME AGAIN

Hello, everyone. This is my honest opinion yah. I'm glad to come across this clinic. Dr. Monesh was professional and reassuring with the treatment he provided.
Advantage:
*Not like some clinics (would insist us to buy their products) end up no results.
*Reasonable price
*Clarity on the subject matter (Less jargon used)
Cons:
Lots of patients. Gotta wait patiently for your turn (Worth waiting tho😅)

Layanan doktor sgt bagus, doktor pn lemah lembut. Tapi yg tak bagus nya customer service kt counter tu..xmesra langsung, senyum pn tak. I bg ranting 0 star for customer service

Went here for a swab test. They handle both RTK-Ag Test and RTK-PCR.
RTK-Ag Test results took 3 hours and costs RM110
Was told that RTK-PCR results takes 2 - 3 days and estimated to cost within RM250
Please bring cash though. They don't accept debit or credit card payments
Service is overall good.

Very poor service by the 2 admin at counter and indian doctor. Not patient. Admin not informative. If ask question for clarification they'll be rude. Complained to the lady indian doctor, when met here she back up admin was being very sarcastic and rude.

It's really busy but understandable. I like this place, the staff was really nice especially the dr. during my medical checkup. Miss or madam I'm sorry I already forgot the name.
